How the partner program works
The "Partner program" section in your BeAdmin cloud account lets you earn by bringing in new users: share your code, and get rewarded for everyone who installs the panel or pays for a licence through your referral.
How to become a partner
Anyone who has registered a cloud account can become a partner — no application, no approval needed. Your partner code is created automatically the first time you open the "Partner program" section, and appears in the "Your partner code" card — that's where to start.
How to bring in customers
You can share your code in two ways.
- Panel install command. The "Share panel install command" button on the code card copies a command for the server terminal — it already includes your code. Anyone who installs the panel with this command is linked to you as their partner.
- Referral link. The "Referral link" card has a link in the form
beadmin.com/c/<code>— following it stores your code in the visitor's browser. Use the "Build a custom referral link" button to turn any page on the site into a referral link: paste its address, and the panel adds your code to it.
A visitor is locked in as your referral the moment they register. But if they don't register right away and come back to do it later, your code still counts.
Earning rewards
Your reward comes from two sources:
- a fixed amount — for every panel installed with your command;
- a percentage of the payment — from every payment made by the customer you brought in: their first licence purchase, its upgrade, and its renewal.
An accrual first goes into "Processing" status and isn't counted toward your withdrawable balance right away — it's held for a while. Once that period ends, BeAdmin checks that the reward is legitimate, and if everything checks out, the amount becomes available to withdraw.

Percentages, install rewards, processing times, and withdrawal terms are set by us and can change. The current values are always shown in the "Partner program" section of your cloud account.
What's in the partner program section
- "Partner Balance" — the "Available to withdraw", "Pending", and "Lifetime earnings" amounts.
- "Operations" — a list of credits (for a connected host, and for payments from customers you brought in — each customer's email address is partially hidden) and debits (withdrawal requests, admin adjustments); each entry has its own status and date.
- "Saved withdrawal methods" — your payment details you can use to submit a withdrawal quickly, without entering them again.
Withdrawing funds
For now, withdrawals are only available in cryptocurrency — the method, minimum amount, and fee are shown when you submit a request.
- Click "Withdraw funds".
- Choose a saved withdrawal method, or add a new one with the "Add method" button.
- Click "Submit withdrawal".
The request goes through processing and appears in the "Operations" section along with your other debits.

If you're a large hosting provider, data centre, or an author with a large audience — contact us. We can offer custom program terms, including other withdrawal methods.
Limits
Rewards aren't paid out for referring yourself (if you're both the partner and the customer you brought in), or if you break the partner program's rules.
⚠️ Automatic fraud protection
If the system detects suspicious activity on your partner account, the account may be blocked. At first, only withdrawals are blocked; for serious violations, the entire partner account is blocked.
