About cloud account
A cloud account is your account on beadmin.com. Registration is free, and it isn't tied to any one server: the account stores what belongs to you, not to a single panel install — purchased licences, the list of your servers, support tickets, and partner accruals. One account covers as many servers as you like, so licences and their terms are all visible in one place instead of scattered across each panel.
⚠️ Don't confuse it with panel access
Panel access is the login and password for the panel itself, on the server. It's created when BeAdmin is installed, or issued by the hosting provider together with the server; it doesn't work on other servers.
Cloud account is a separate registration on BeAdmin's side, not tied to any specific server.
One doesn't substitute for the other. If you can log in to the panel but can't buy a licence — you most likely don't have a cloud account yet: it needs to be registered separately.
Why you need a cloud account
- Buy a licence. Paid modules and features of
BeAdminunlock with a licence. You can get a licence without a separate registration, but a cloud account is required so you don't lose it when you reinstall the panel. - Manage several servers from one place. If you have several servers running
BeAdmin, you can link each one to the same cloud account — licences and the state of all servers are visible at once. - Contact support. In your cloud account you can open a ticket and get help with a licence or a module from our team.

Email address — use your personal one
Your cloud account needs your personal email address, not a service one that a hosting provider sometimes issues together with the server.
BeAdmin sends licence status notifications to this address — for example, that a licence is about to expire. You also use it to contact support and get replies to your tickets. With someone else's address, or one you can't access, these notifications and replies will be lost.
💡 No spam
You choose which emails to receive yourself — in your cloud account, under Settings → Notifications. Releases, new features, bug fixes, maintenance, and news with promotions can be toggled individually, or you can unsubscribe from everything at once. Emails about the account itself — support tickets, security, and payments — are always sent.

How the account is linked to a server
Your cloud account holds a separate record for each server. The licence is tied to that record, and the server with the panel installed connects to the same record. Reinstalled the panel or switched servers? Just connect the server to the same record, and the licence carries over.
