🛠️ Improvements and optimization

• LICENCE: refreshed the look of the licence checkout and upgrade pages, along with the Billing details form.
• SYSTEM: smoother auto-update of the interface after the panel is upgraded.

🐞 Bug fixes

• ACCOUNT: fixed a broken connection to beadmin.com after the panel is restarted or upgraded — the panel now reconnects on its own.
