✨ New features

VPN: completely refreshed the UI of the Xray, Amnezia, WireGuard, OpenVPN and Outline modules — removed visual clutter and made the user configuration tools easier to read.

ACCOUNT: after registering a beadmin.com cloud account, you no longer have to re-enter your credentials on the sign-in form.
PHP: install, reinstall and uninstall toasts are now clearer — we added the PHP version number and explicit notifications when the operation completes.
PHPMYADMIN: improved how service action notifications behave.
SSL: when installing the panel with a domain, if Let's Encrypt can't issue the certificate, the panel will now retry the reissue.
UI: fixed styles and behavior of some interface elements.

ACCOUNT: fixed a bug where a cloud-account registration error message could be shown twice.
ACCOUNT: registration errors now arrive in the panel's interface language.
PHP: long lines in the php.ini editor no longer break the page layout.

OTHER: fixed a bug where the module install timer showed incorrect data at startup.
MODULES: fixed the redirect after a module is uninstalled.
AMNEZIA, WIREGUARD, XRAY: fixed an inconsistency in the username validation.
QRYPTOPAY: fixed UI issues in the Payments, Customers, Overview and Wallets sections.
QRYPTOPAY: fixed an error where module installation could fail because of temporary Docker Hub outages.
OTHER: various minor fixes.
