• VPN: reinstalling a module now correctly shows the "Reinstalling" status in the header, instead of "Updating".
• SYSTEM: if updating BeAdmin fails, the panel no longer stays stuck on the "Panel update in progress" screen forever — it now returns to normal automatically.
• OTHER: various minor fixes.
