🛠️ Improvements and optimization

UI: identical notifications no longer pile up on screen when a module is unavailable.
OTHER: various minor improvements.

AUTH: password recovery from the console now tells two cases apart: there is no user with this address, or the user is disabled.
FTP: per-path access rights now apply not only to file listings but also to downloading and uploading files.
MAIL: after the certificate of the mail TLS host is renewed, Exim and Dovecot start serving the new certificate right away.
QRYPTOPAY: after the module is reinstalled, previously stored data stays readable and the panel keeps its connection to the module; restarting the module no longer hangs.
QRYPTOPAY: fixed an issue where a BTC or LTC address issued for an invoice could go to another buyer while the invoice could still be paid.
USERS: fixed an issue where emails about user creation, password reset and temporary access were not sent.
WEB: renewing an SSL certificate no longer starts a web server or mail services that were stopped manually.
OTHER: various minor fixes.
