Operations log in QryptoPay

QryptoPay keeps a log of wallet operations that aren't payments from your customers, but still matter for your accounting: payouts to the payout wallet, collecting funds from customer payment addresses to the primary address, and transfers that cover network fees. Open a merchant and go to the "Operations" tab, right after "Payments".

ℹ️ Ethereum and Tron only

Bitcoin and Litecoin don't have a separate payout wallet or transfers between their own addresses — there's nothing to log for them. This section only covers operations on Ethereum and Tron wallets.

ℹ️ Production terminal only

This section only shows operations for the production terminal — the test terminal doesn't work with real blockchain networks.

Operation types

Each entry in the log is one of four types:

  • Payout — sending funds received from your customers to the payout wallet.
  • Collection — collecting the remaining funds from customer payment addresses to the wallet's primary address.
  • Fee transfer — topping up a customer's payment address so it has enough to cover the network fee.
  • Reserve top-up — your own funds arriving on the primary address to pay for fees on customer payment addresses.

An operation isn't tied to a specific payment: a single payout can combine funds from several payments to the same address, once together they cross the payout threshold.

Filters help you quickly find the operations you need — by type, currency, chain, wallet, status, or period: the last 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, all time, or a custom date range. If you need a specific operation, search for it by transaction hash.

ℹ️ Search only matches a full hash

Paste the entire transaction hash — search looks for an exact match. Part of a hash won't find anything: the panel shows an empty list, not an error.

Statuses

  • Pending — the operation has been sent to the network, and confirmation hasn't arrived yet.
  • Confirmed — the network has confirmed the operation.
  • Failed — the network rejected the transaction, or didn't confirm it within 24 hours of being sent.

Exporting to CSV

The "Export" button downloads the log as a CSV file for the selected period, with the same filters as the list on screen. Before downloading, the panel shows how many rows will go into the file — if there are none, or more than 100,000, the download button is disabled: change the period or filters.

Importing an operation

The log only records operations from the point this feature appeared in your panel — earlier events don't get picked up automatically. If you know of an older operation, or any other one that for some reason didn't make it into the log on its own, you can add it manually: click "Import" and paste the transaction hash — the panel looks it up on the network, works out which of the four types it is, and adds the entry. You don't need to specify the chain yourself — the panel checks both.

ℹ️ Wrong section?

If you paste the hash of a customer's payment here instead of an operation between your own wallets, the panel will point you to import it from the "Payments" tab instead.
