🛠️ Improvements and optimization

AI: the supported versions of AI agents have been updated — Claude Code 2.1.304, Codex 0.163.0, Grok Build 1.0.62.
BILLING: prices are now shown in a uniform format that follows the conventions of each language.
UI: on the Home page, a module's status and the error of its last action are now shown separately; logs open without going to the module's page.
UI: if an action is unavailable because of insufficient permissions, it is not hidden but shown as disabled.
OTHER: various minor improvements.

AI: AI agents are now updated only to a version the panel supports, to ensure compatibility.
BACKUP: when restoring from a backup, modules are now installed in the right order, taking the dependencies between them into account.
BILLING: fixed an issue where, when upgrading a licence, another server's details could be filled into the form.
DOCKER: fixed an issue where a user with permission to modify containers could not create them, and a user with permission to view could not see the list of images.
MARIADB: phpMyAdmin is no longer installed on PHP versions below 8.0, even if the PHP version was chosen manually.
SECURITY: fixed an issue where the passwords of database users, including those for phpMyAdmin and Roundcube, could end up in the panel logs.
USERS: fixed an issue where not all actions in permissions were translated.
OTHER: various minor fixes.
