🛠️ Improvements and optimization

MAIL: the Roundcube service is now removed together with the module.
MODULES: improved dependency checks between modules.
WORDPRESS: WordPress versions 6.9, 7.0 and 7.1 now appear in the version choice during installation.
OTHER: various minor improvements.

APACHE: fixed the module update check.
DOCKER, NGINX, PHP: fixed an issue where an incomplete module removal could interfere with package updates.
MARIADB: the phpMyAdmin service is now removed together with the module.
MIMICRY: the email with connection settings is sent in the language set for the user.
QRYPTOPAY: module installation now stops immediately if Docker is unavailable.
USERS: emails about user creation, password reset and temporary access are sent in the language chosen in the panel.
VPN: if no language is chosen for a user, emails are sent in English.
WEB: the SSL certificate of a domain is now kept when a reissue fails and when its last virtual host is removed, and is deleted completely together with the domain, including the temporary self-signed one.
OTHER: various minor fixes.
