✨ New features
- MAIL: the interface of the Mail module has been completely redesigned.
- MAIL: you now connect a domain to mail, and disconnect it, in the "Websites & Domains" section. A domain also connects on its own when you create its first mailbox or alias, and if it isn't in the section yet, the panel adds it there.
- MAIL: if a domain has mailboxes, aliases, or a catch-all, the panel shows what will be deleted when you disconnect the domain from mail or delete it, and asks you to enter the domain name. You can keep the emails on the server or delete them.
- MAIL: for each domain you can now see whether the SPF, DKIM, and DMARC DNS records are published. The "Mail DNS" dialog shows which records you need and checks them.
- MAIL: an alias can forward mail to several recipients — mailboxes on the server and external addresses. You can let mailboxes send mail as an alias, and create addresses like
support, sales, andinfofor one mailbox in a single step. - MAIL: a new catch-all option: for a domain, you can choose the mailboxes that receive mail sent to non-existent addresses instead of having it rejected. It is set up on the "Aliases" tab.
- MAIL: a mailbox can now have a name, shown in the list next to the address, and a quota — the maximum size of its storage. Mail to a full mailbox is returned to the sender right away. A new mailbox gets 5 GB by default; existing mailboxes have no limit.
- MAIL: an expanded mailbox shows the last login over IMAP or POP3. Logging in through Roundcube counts too; sending over SMTP does not.
- MAIL: an expanded mailbox shows the settings for mail clients: server, login, and the ports and encryption for IMAP, SMTP, and POP3. You can copy them.
- WEB: a website created by IP address can be connected to a domain: click "Connect domain" in the website's row in "Websites & Domains". Point the domain's A record to the server's IP address beforehand. The website will no longer open at its IP address, and the panel updates the address in WordPress automatically.
🛠️ Improvements and optimization
- MAIL: an installed mail server gets the new features when the panel is updated — you don't need to reinstall the module.
- MAIL: when an alias forwards mail to an external address, the panel rewrites the return address (SRS) so that the recipient doesn't reject the message because of SPF. This works if Exim on the server supports it.
- MODULES: the progress of a module installation no longer disappears when you reload the page — the panel picks up an installation that is already running, including one started in another tab.
- OTHER: various minor improvements.
🐞 Bug fixes
- MAIL: the mail server address you specify during installation is no longer lost: the recommended MX record points to it, and it is also shown in the connection settings. If it was not saved earlier, specify it when you reinstall the module.
- NGINX: before installing Nginx or Apache, the panel warns that port 443 is taken by another module: until it is freed, a website with HTTPS will not start.
- OPENVPN: a server you have stopped no longer starts on its own during the scheduled update of the certificate revocation list.
- WEB: a self-signed certificate reissued in "Websites & Domains" immediately becomes a Let's Encrypt certificate and renews itself. Previously, until the panel was restarted, it was still treated as self-signed: it was not renewed and was shown as a custom certificate.
- WIREGUARD: reinstalling the module no longer resets its peers.
- OTHER: various minor fixes.
