🛠️ Improvements and optimization

DOCKER, MARIADB: checking for updates is now separate from the update itself — the check runs in the background and does not block the page, and before installing, the panel shows a window with a warning.
QRYPTOPAY: the way the module's installation and updates are protected has been improved.
SSL: certificates are issued and renewed even when a module is using port 80 — through port 443 or, if you allow it, by stopping the module for a short time.
UI: content is now centered on wide monitors.
OTHER: various minor improvements.

UI: more actions you lack permissions for are now disabled with a hint instead of being hidden.
BACKUP: the "Backups" menu item is now visible to users with backup permissions, not only to the administrator.
LICENCE: if the panel's cloud account is deleted, the panel unbinds from the cloud and switches to the free licence.
MAIL: while the mail module is being installed, updated, or uninstalled, or is stopped, the "Connect to mail" and "Disconnect from mail" buttons for a domain in "Websites & Domains" are disabled.
QRYPTOPAY: French is now supported for email notifications.
QRYPTOPAY: if a customer pays less than the invoice amount, the payment page shows the remaining amount to pay instead of a successful payment.
QRYPTOPAY: if recalculating the balance of a Bitcoin or Litecoin wallet fails, the panel reports an error.
SSL: if Nginx, Apache, or the mail server does not accept the configuration, the panel reports an error applying the certificate instead of showing success.
OTHER: various minor fixes.
